The deposit is 20% of the total cost and should be paid according to the terms and conditions of booking offer.
If you cancel your stay the deposit will be refunded if we are notified in writing at least 30 days before the start of your holiday.
In the event of late arrival the booking will remain valid until 3 pm the next day. Please let us know if you will be arriving late in advance.
On arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of € 150 in case of breakages or damages to the apartment or any furniture inside.
Under 18s are not allowed unless accompanied by a legally responsible adult.
N.B.: the cost does not include tourist tax of € 12 per person.
